Lionheart FX automated microscope is a compact system for a broad range of imaging workflows. It offers wide range of magnifications, from 1.25x to 100x, with fluorescence, brightfield, color brightfield, and phase contrast channels for maximum application reach. – Small footprint for easy installation on most standard lab benches – High-quality Olympus objectives and Semrock filters provide excellent image quality – Wide field of view (WFOV) camera provides fast automated imaging in microplates and slides – Agilent BioTek Gen5 imaging software offers unique, full automation to capture, process, analyze, and publish workflows – Environmental controls enable long-term live cell assays – Laser-based autofocus captures sharp, in-focus images – Open-stage design enables work with microfluidic devices – Dual-reagent injector module allows fast inject/image cellular reactions

Applications – 3D cell culture – Apoptosis – Calcium flux – Cell culture QC – Cell migration and invasion – Cell proliferation – Cell viability – Cytotoxicity – H and E imaging – Label-free cell counting – Label-free live cell assays – Live cell imaging – Phagocytosis – Phenotypic assays – Signal transduction – Slide scanning – Stem cell differentiation – Translocation – Tumor Invasion – Wound healing
